I am getting really annoyed by this. It seems as though mipmapping issues are getting worse and worse even if I haven't added something to a building. However, this is only occurring with the textures with the text-to-texture (elevator buttons). In Triton Center III, no matter what settings I change, buttons 2 to around 62 are corrupted badly. However, if I press F10 for full screen, almost all of the textures loaded for the building get corrupted and unstable, but when I press F10 again, they get stable, but still appear corrupted.

In the future, I believe that the system requirements for Skyscraper will be this...

Processor: Quad Core processor
Disk Space: 20 GB of free disk space
Memory: 4 GB of RAM
Video Card: High Definition Video Card with 2 GB of video memory

I know I am exaggerating this, but I do not know if this is a Skyscraper bug or if my 1 1/2 year old computer's performance is declining rapidly.

I don't need a screenshot of that, since I've seen that issue lots of times before.  The initial button corruptions aren't related to mipmapping, and have to do with backbuffer rendering corruption - did you by any chance upgrade your video drivers recently?  Sometimes newer drivers can cause weirdness, and sometimes they can fix issues.  Also try playing around with the r3dopengl.cfg file that I mentioned here: http://forum.skyscrapersim.com/index.php?topic=661.msg8182#msg8182 (the options I show on there have to do with the text rendering).

As for the fullscreen issue, that happens on quite a bit of cards (mainly seems to be ATI ones), and so if your system has issues with it, then don't press F10 Smiley - to try to fix it, you'd have to mess with the options in data/config-plugins/gldrivers.xml (that's used by Crystal Space to disable or enable certain OpenGL features on a per-card or per-driver basis, in order to fix problems).

I know it's been forever since I posted about the sim, lol, but I think it could have to do with the driver and the OS it runs. I bet if I downgraded my Windows 7 laptop to Vista or XP (which I won't do), the buttons may actually show up. With Intel video/graphics cards, the sim will process the buttons in the sim incorrectly in Windows 7, but as for the same driver in XP/Vista, it will render the buttons the way they should look.
